Product Description
KYN61-40.5 air-insulated metal-clad withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter as switchgear is a kind of MV switchgea r.
It is designed as a withdrawable module type panel, and the withdrawable part is fitted with VD4-36E,VD4-36 withdrawable vacuum circuit breaker,It can also be fitted with isolation truck, PT truck, fuses truck and so on. It is applicable to three phase AC 50/60 Hz power system
KYN61-40.5 armored metal-enclosed switchgear (switchgear for short) is a switchgear designed and improved by our factory on the basis of the original product. It is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz power system, used for receiving and distributing electric energy and controlling, protecting and monitoring the circuit.
This switchgear has various functions to prevent misoperation, including preventing the load from moving the handcart, preventing the live connection of the grounding switch, and preventing the charging of the live interval.
This switchgear is equipped with excellent ZN85, VN1 vacuum circuit breakers or ABB’s VD4, HD4 series vacuum circuit breakers. Switchgear is a power distribution equipment with advanced technology, stable performance, reasonable structure, convenient use, safe and reliable.

Main Feature
•The cabinet body is made of aluminum-zinc-coated sheets processed by numerical control equipment, and then spliced by bolts or willows. The structure is fully assembled.
• It can be equipped with ZN85-40.5 vacuum circuit breaker handcart, VN1, VD4 or HD4 vacuum circuit breaker handcart at the same time, and the main busbar of the switch cabinet is through without transition cabinet transfer.
• There is ample space in the cable room, and the air gap between phases can be guaranteed to be greater than 300mm, and there is no need to install insulating partitions between phases.

A. Ambient temperature: -15 40
B. Ambient humidity:
Daily average RH no more than 95%;Monthly average RH no more than 90%
Daily average value of the steam pressure no more than 2.2k Pa, and montly no more than 1.8kPa
C. Altitude no higher than 1000m;
D. The air around without any pollution of duty,smoke,ercode or flammable air,steam or salty fog;
E. External vibration from switchgear and controlgear or land quiver can be neglected;
F. The voltage of the secondary electromagnetism interference induced in the system shall no more than 1.6kV.
Special Operating Conditions
According to IEC60694, GB/T11022, the manufacturer and user may agree on special service conditions whic hdeviate from the normal service conditions.
To prevent the condensation phenomena,the heater is necessary for switchgear and needs to be put into service
when the switchg ear is in readiness and service conditons. The heat dissipation probl em of switchg ear can be sloved by ventilation facilities.
